Pre-session Requirements

Set aside 3 days to fast before your Deliverance session. It is suggested to abstain from food, and drink only water. If you have never fasted before, I understand the struggle this will be but it is so beneficial during your session. If you are on meds, please take your meds. If it requires food intake before, please do as instructed by your physician. If you have questions, please reach out to me.
